The LOCOMOTOR Handling belt is a comfortable padded belt in two widths designed to help transfer patients from one position to another. The belt allows transfer without having to hold the patients body or clothing, which may be uncomfortable and restrict the patient's movement. Offers firm handholds for secure and confident grip. The belt allows three transferring tasks to be carried out, transfer from sitting to standing position, transfer from one place to another allowing a patient to be steadied whilst walking and used in conjunction with the LOCOMOTOR SLIDE SHEET to provide a firm grip when sliding a patient back up the bed to a sitting position. Available with or without non-slip lining to help prevent the belt sliding upwards during a transfer (sit to stand or assisted walking). The handling belts also benefit from a series of vertical and lateral handholds allowing a more comfortable grip for the nurse or carer. Locomotor Patient Handling Sling > LOCO-008
A comfortable padded handling sling that can be used for a wide range of patient handling tasks. Can be used for standing transfers, repositioning in bed and leg transfers.
The design allows for greater patient comfort as well as allowing staff to retain good posture when carrying out the handling tasks. The sling can be used to move legs on and off a bed or a foot stool.
May also be used with LOCO-123 extension straps in conjunction with a hoist to raise and support a heavy limb.

When will my order be processed & dispatched?
Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.
How long will it take to arrive?
Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within 2 working days. Larger items will be 2-3 days.
Please note hat some of our incontinence pants are made to order and may take up to 8 days for delivery.
How do I check your stock levels?
If you want to confirm an items stock level either phone 01262 375 050 or use the our contact page. Please quote the product code when confirming stock levels.
Who delivers your products?
Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items like wheelchairs & ramps will be sent via courier. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery.
We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you’ve purchased from us. We strive to make this process quick and convenient for you. For further information on returns or to request a refund/return, please call us on 01262 375 050 or email us at email@example.com.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge.
We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us. If your shipping address is outside the EU, we will retain the shipping fee.
If an item arrives damaged, or if your return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund or resend the item upon receipt of the damaged product within 30 days of the order.
Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
