This Pressure Sore Prevention Kit has been designed to aid those who suffer with sore heels and elbows. If you have problems with your legs and feet and as a result, gives you painful and sore heels. This aid is just ideal.

If you protect the areas of your body which you may knock or catch easily, such as your elbows and especially your heels if you are a wheelchair user, this is less likely to happen. Elbow Protector

This Elbow Protector with Polyester Pile is beneficial and comfortable to use. Ideal for anyone who may sit for long periods resting their arms on hard surfaces, such as wheelchairs or armchairs with wooden arms. Or if you are bed bound and need that extra bit of cushioning under your arms to prevent sores and relieve your aches and pains. This aid will help prevent pressure sores and make you more comfortable when resting. To use the Elbow Protectors, you simply wrap around your elbow area and it stays in place by using the adjustable soft strap Velcro fastening.

Heel Protector

This Protection Aid is designed to offer protection to damaged, delicate, sore or painful heels. Due to poor Foot Care, Disability, Limited Mobility and other leg and foot problem. These will also protect your heels if you are a Wheelchair User and tend to spend most of your time seated. Because of limited foot/leg movement it can become very uncomfortable for your feet. So these Protectors take off the strain and ease your discomfort and pain. The Polyester Pile helps cushion your heels and is able to absorb moisture to a high degree. To use the Heel Protectors - simply pop your heel into the cup of the Cushion and use the soft Velcro strap which can be adjusted to your requirements.

Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within 2 working days. Larger items will be 2-3 days.

How do I check your stock levels?

If you want to confirm an items stock level either phone 01262 375 050 or use the our contact page. Please quote the product code when confirming stock levels.

Who delivers your products?

Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items like wheelchairs & ramps will be sent via courier. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery.

Returns

We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you’ve purchased from us. We strive to make this process quick and convenient for you. For further information on returns or to request a refund/return, please call us on 01262 375 050 or email us at enq@baylissmobility.co.uk.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge.
We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us. If your shipping address is outside the EU, we will retain the shipping fee.
If an item arrives damaged, or if your return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund or resend the item upon receipt of the damaged product within 30 days of the order.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
