The Wireless Chair Alertamat is a robust and long-life sensor mat which is ideal for patients when sat in lounge or recliner chairs. For those who may be at risk to falls or those with Dementia.

Alerta's Wireless Chair Alertamat is an ideal fall prevention aid for those at risk of falls and those who suffer with Dementia. This Sensor Mat is designed to send an alert to the caregiver when the patient is exiting their chair, triggered by pressure on the cushion being relieved.

These mats are most effective when placed under the chairs cushion. The alarm is activated when the user leaves the chair, when pressure on the cushion is relieved. The alarm is then sent to the caregiver through the wireless transmitter, allowing them to ascertain the patients safety. This is an ideal aid for Dementia patients or for those at risk of falling when mobile on their own. Especially useful to use in a nursing or care home at night for those such patients who may be at risk.

Alertas wireless sensor mats can be connected to a nurse call system through the Alerta Wall Point Receiver (sold separately), for centralised action. It can also be used alone, wirelessly. This feature is useful for home care or for smaller care and nursing homes. The volume on the transmitter can also be adjusted or deactivated for silent in-room operation. Use this mode in situations when the caregiver is providing care or when the bed linen is being changed.

When will my order be processed & dispatched?

Orders received on working days by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.

How long will it take to arrive?

Orders placed on standard delivery will arrive within 2 working days. Larger items will be 2-3 days.

Please note that some of our products are made to order and will take longer for delivery. These products will have this noted on their description. For further information regarding these, please contact us.

How do I check your stock levels?

If you want to confirm an items stock level either phone 01262 375 050 or use the our contact page. Please quote the product code when confirming stock levels.

Who delivers your products?

Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail, larger items like wheelchairs & ramps will be sent via courier. Someone will have to be there to sign for the delivery.

Returns

We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you’ve purchased from us. We strive to make this process quick and convenient for you. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 14 working days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition and the cost of collection or return will remain at your charge.
We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us. If your shipping address is outside the EU, we will retain the shipping fee.
If an item arrives damaged, or if your return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund or resend the item upon receipt of the damaged product within 30 days of the order.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
