Absolutely brilliant. I was quite anxious and embarrassed as I’ve never had a scooter before and find my mobility issues embarrassing. Laura was so reassuring, understanding and caring when I rang. Scooter was delivered to caravan within an hour of me arriving, fully charged and demonstrated. The first time in 10 years I’ve been able to go for a ‘walk’ with my partner and our dog. Made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thank you is a massive understatement.

I email Bayliss Mobility prior to my trip to Bridlington, for information re:Hire of a mobility scooter for the day. A wonderful lady called Laura got back to me the same day, with the price and availability of the scooters they had for hire, which was a boot scooter or a larger around town scooter, the information was clear and concise. 2 days later I email Laura when I was on my way to Bridlington, and a scooter was ready for me when I arrived. I was welcomed in the shop by the lovely Laura herself and by her colleague who brought out the scooters to show me. I went for the larger scooter when I got there as the weather forcast was cold with rain showers. I was given full instructions on how to use the scooter, so off I went for my day out in Bridlington. The scooter was perfect for me, I returned it on time and it was a very easy drop off back at the shop. I will 100% use Bayliss again on my next visit to Bridlington. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I highly recommend Bayliss Mobility to anyone that needs a good quality mobility scooter to use while you're there for a day /week etc.

Bayliss is by far the best place in Bridlington to go for all your mobility needs , the staff are brilliant and offer a excellent service to there customers .I would never go anywhere else .

Had a great experience here today. We went into the shop with a faulty electric wheel chair and came out with a repaired chair,wide fitting shoes and inside walking aid. The staff were very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend
